Delivery Time:

All in-stock orders will be shipped within1- 2 business days after receiving the order. Shipping time begins when the order is shipped, the order is placed even include holidays. All orders will be shipped via UPS/EMS/DHL/when the product becomes available. All items are insured for the full product replacement value. All shipping charges are based on a per unit rate. Multiple items on the same order will be charged the first unit rate for the first item, and the each additional unit rate, for the remaining items. When placing the order, please select the type of shipping you would prefer.


International shipping is handled by Parcel Force Worldwide 7-10 business days for delivery, depending on the different delivery means you select .Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holiday. All orders will be insured for the full purchase amount, and can be tracked.

Shipping fees:

Handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each one. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.

Order Tracking:

We allow you to track your order at the click of a mouse. When your shipment is confirmed, you'll receive a tracking number in your confirmation e-mail. The shipping and handling rates are clearly posted in each item's description and are non-negotiable. Please consider this when placing your order. We ship your purchase before the end of the next business day after you have checked-out.We would send an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier's web site.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your item to be delivered. If it still does not arrive, please reach us by clicking the ‘Contact Us' button on the website it can help you check the information.We will get back to you shortly.

Return Policy

If you receive cigarettes are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 working days. It is our responsibility to provide complete satisfaction of every customer - no doubt!

Please make sure the shoes have not been worn at all before sending them back to us. I will repeat :the  must be unworn or we will reject your refund. After we receive the returned package and verify the footwear to be in its original condition, we will refund your purchase price directly through the credit card you paid with. Customers are required to pay return freight on all returns.

Pls DO ask us for returning address, DO NOT simply ship them back to the original address, or refund won`t be successfully processed. Please also email us the relevant tracking number at email:  [email protected] after you ship them out.
