Of course there would be a black mkaert. I would NEVER deny that. Yes, it would be greatly increased for a while.Our government could not afford to lose the revenue generated by the tobacco industry, nor could the legislators afford to lose the cash lining their pockets. The attorneys need to file their actions, doctors need to patch us up, pharma companies need to sell patches, gum, cessation aids, heck smoking cessation in general, hypnotists, safety can manufacturers all need the product available.
